Works are commencing at Western Treatment Plant to repair some erosion that has occurred in the vicinity of the 115E Lagoon, at Wedge Point.

For safety reasons, during the construction works, the special access to the bird watching areas east of 15E Road will be closed to the public commencing Monday 15 July.

The works will involve the installation of rocks along the foreshore and is expected to be completed by 16 September. The general access route will be unaffected.
