The survey is now closed

Thank you for submitting your feedback. It is now being used to review the first version of the Healthy Waterways Monitoring, Evaluation, Reporting and Improvement Framework.

The HWS MERI Framework has been shaped by the numerous Healthy Waterways Strategy partners and while it’s not perfect yet it is a substantial start. It will enable us to start reporting and adapting, being effective on the co-delivery of the Healthy Waterways Strategy (HWS).

The collected feedback is being used to improve the document, ensuring it is robust and ready for implementation. An updated version will be endorsed by the Regional Leadership Group and recirculated to you all via the YourSay website in September, follow the HWS homepage to be informed when the updated version is available.

The first version of the Framework and supporting documents have been provided in the Document Library below.

Three detailed Monitoring and Evaluation Plans (MEPs) support the MERI Framework, these provide an overview of how monitoring and evaluation will work for rivers, wetlands and estuaries. These are currently under development and a MEP Progress Update on each can be found in the Document Library below.

12 Performance Monitoring Summaries provide supplementary information on the Targets in the HWS. The performance objectives have been grouped into 12 themes which outline how data will be collected and how it may relate to you and/or your organisation.
